There are daily coaches to Methana from Galatas- Poros, Epidavros, Nafplion and Argos. If you are travelling from Athens you follow the freeway from Athens to Corinthos and turh at the Isthmus towards Epidavros. After the village Trahia you turn left towards Galatas and at thw iunction at Agii Apostoli you turn left again towards Methana (2,5- 3,5) hours from Athens).
